Sales Representative

Responsibilities:

• Generate leads and identify new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, market research, or other prospecting methods.
• Present, promote, and sell products/services by demonstrating how they meet customer needs. 
• Negotiate terms of sales contracts, prepare sales agreements, and close deals.
• Meet or exceed sales targets, quotas, or goals within specified timeframes (monthly, quarterly, or yearly).
• Maintain and build strong relationships with existing customers, handle inquiries/complaints, and follow up post‑sales to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Research and analyze market trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape.
• Provide feedback to management about opportunities or threats. 
• Keep accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, leads, and deals.
• Generate reports for management.
• Collaborate with other departments (marketing, product development, customer support) to align sales strategies and improve customer experience. 
• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, industry developments, and company offerings so that you can sell effectively.

Requirements:

• Minimum of OND
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role
