Responsibilities:
- Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
- Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
- Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within the schedule
- Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments
- Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales, and status reports.
Requirements:
- Our Ideal Applicant would be a young, energetic and quick-thinking individual, committed to providing quick responses and solutions to customer requests.
- Interface
and interact with customers daily, either face to face or via a
Telephone.
- You
must be a person with a positive attitude and a can-do spirit.
- Have a
good command of the English language, Spoken and Written.
- You
must have completed a minimum of SSCE and WAEC. OND is also applicable and
welcome.
- This
position is open to preferably Female Candidates.
