Responsibilities:
- Greet all customers warmly and professionally as they enter the restaurant.
- Assist customers with menu selection by
providing knowledge on food items, ingredients, portion sizes, and combo
offers.
- Accurately take customer orders at the counter
- Ensure cleanliness of serving counters, trays, tables, and customer dining areas
- Stay up to date with the full menu, daily specials, new items, prices, etc
Requirements:
- Friendly, patient, and customer-oriented person
- Ability to multitask and work well during busy periods.
- Attention to detail and ability to handle cash accurately.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and
public holidays.
- Familiarity with food service, hospitality, etc
