Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Present, promote, and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers.
- Foster and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
- Reach out to customer leads through cold calling.
- Escalate customer problems and complaints to customer service to maximize satisfaction.
- Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within the schedule.
- Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments.
- Account for and report daily sales and status reports.
Requirements:
- Our Ideal Applicant would be a young, energetic, and quick-thinking individual, committed to providing quick responses and solutions to customer requests.
- Interface
and interact with customers daily, either face-to-face or via a
Telephone.
- You
must be a person with a positive attitude and a can-do spirit.
- Have a
good command of the English language, Spoken and Written.
- You
must have completed a minimum of SSCE and WAEC. OND is also applicable and
welcome.
- This
