Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage prospective students and corporate clients for Loctech training programs
  • Generate and follow up on leads from online and offline marketing campaigns
  • Present Loctech courses (Data Analysis, Cybersecurity, Web Development, etc.) to potential clients
  • Convert inquiries into enrollments and achieve monthly revenue targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with students and corporate partners
  • Provide accurate information on course content, schedules, and pricing
  • Follow up on prospective students to ensure registration and payment completion
  • Maintain proper records of leads, conversions, and client interactions
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to improve lead generation strategies
  • Stay updated on Loctech programs, industry trends, and competitors


Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in education or training services
  • Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to meet and exceed monthly enrollment and revenue targets
  • Good understanding of tech courses and willingness to learn
  • Customer-focused with strong relationship management skills
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and result-driven
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic knowledge of CRM tools, social media, and Microsoft Office
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills
