Job Summary

The Sales Representative will play a critical role in driving the sales and distribution of Fasco Ventures’ bottled water products within Delta State. This position involves developing and maintaining strong customer relationships, identifying new sales opportunities, and achieving sales targets.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Sales Generation: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to achieve and exceed sales targets. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and support.
  • Market Expansion: Actively seek out and engage with new customers and distributors to expand Fasco Ventures’ market presence in Delta State.
  • Product Promotion: Promote Fasco Ventures’ bottled water products to retailers, wholesalers, and end consumers. Conduct product presentations and demonstrations as needed.
  • Sales Reporting: Monitor and report on sales performance and market trends. Provide regular updates to the Sales Manager on progress, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Order Management: Manage and process customer orders, ensuring timely delivery and accurate documentation. Coordinate with logistics and delivery teams to fulfill orders efficiently.
  • Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback on products and services and communicate insights to the sales and marketing teams for continuous improvement.
  • Event Participation: Represent Fasco Ventures at trade shows, community events, and other promotional activities to increase brand visibility and drive sales.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the beverage or FMCG industry.
  • Lives and have worked as a Sales Representative in Delta state, preferable
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented with a strong desire to succeed.
  • Familiarity with the Delta State market and ability to travel within the region as required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
