Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Attend to walk-in and online customers.
- Drive sales and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Manage the company's social media platforms.
- Create and publish engaging content to promote products.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and convert leads into sales.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Prepare daily sales reports.
- Assist with product displays and inventory updates.
Requirements:
- Minimum of OND or equivalent.
- Experience in sales and social media management is an added advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Basic content creation skills using a smartphone.
- Familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and WhatsApp Business.
- Must reside in or around Kaura, Abuja.
