Job summary
The Sales & Partnerships Lead is responsible for end-to-end ownership of sales and strategic partnerships, driving revenue growth, expanding the organization’s partner network, and ensuring disciplined execution across the full sales lifecycle, from prospecting to onboarding and post-activation relationship management.

Responsibilities:
- Sales & Partnership Ownership
- Own and manage the entire sales and partnership lifecycle, including prospecting, engagement, negotiation, contracting, onboarding, and post-onboarding relationship management.
- Lead pricing discussions and negotiations, ensuring alignment with approved pricing frameworks and revenue
- targets.
- Work with the vendor management consultant to ensure a robust and profitable price list that aligns with the
- company’s target/goals are curated.
- Coordinate the review, negotiation, execution, and tracking of SLAs and commercial agreements.
- Ensure seamless pre-boarding and onboarding of new partners and facilities in collaboration with internal teams.
- Serve as the primary relationship owner for key partners, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and growth.
- Pipeline Development & Revenue Growth
- Build, maintain, and continuously grow a robust and qualified sales pipeline.
- Ensure accurate pipeline tracking, forecasting, and deal-stage management.
- Proactively generate new opportunities through partnerships, referrals, outreach, and strategic initiatives.
- Monitor conversion rates, deal velocity, and revenue realization
- Team Leadership & Performance Management
- Lead, manage, and develop the Sales & Partnerships team to deliver agreed targets.
- Assign responsibilities clearly and ensure effective delegation and follow-through.
- Set performance targets, monitor execution, and provide coaching and corrective action where required.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and commercial discipline.
- Reporting & Stakeholder Management
- Gather data from the Operations Manager to provide regular, structured sales and partnership reports to the executive
- leadership.
- Maintain visibility on pipeline health, deal progress, risks, and revenue projections.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align sales efforts with operational capacity and strategic priorities.
Responsibilities:
