Sales Officer
Job summary
We are a diagnostics center looking for a results-driven Sales Officer whose primary responsibility is simple and non negotiable: bring in clients. This role is for someone who understands healthcare sales, can open doors, close deals, and build long-term relationships with hospitals, clinics, HMOs, corporate organizations, and referral partners.

Responsibilities:
- Actively source and onboard new referral clients, including hospitals, clinics, corporate organizations, and healthcare providers
- Build and manage strong relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business
- Promote the diagnostics centre’s services and test offerings to prospective clients
- Conduct regular field visits, presentations, and follow-ups.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Provide market feedback and client insights to management
- Maintain accurate records of leads, conversions, and client engagements
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in healthcare, diagnostics, pharmaceuticals, or medical services
- Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills
- Confidence with cold outreach and field sales
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Results-focused mindset with clear understanding of performance-based work
- Basic computer and reporting skills
