This role combines remote sales engagement with periodic field visits and physical meetings within assigned territories.

Job Description/Requirements
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.

- Provide training, coaching, and support to the sales team.
- Collaborate with marketing and other departments to optimize sales efforts.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to maximize revenue.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates to senior management.
- Ensure excellent customer service and maintain strong client relationships.
Requirements:
- BSc. Degree in a relevant course of study
- Minimum of 3 years of experience is required
