Sales Officer

Responsibilities:

• Identify, engage, and convert potential clients within assigned territories.
• Promote the company’s diagnostic services to hospitals, clinics, corporate organisations, and individual clients.
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers to increase repeat business.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and performance goals.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and competitive trends.
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
• Represent the company professionally at meetings, exhibitions, and outreach programs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve client satisfaction and service delivery.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or any related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in sales, preferably in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or fast-moving consumer goods.
• Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
• High level of initiative, integrity, and self-motivation.
• Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
• Must be target-driven and comfortable working under pressure.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and basic CRM software is an advantage.
