Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Identify, contact, and convert new clients for the lab’s diagnostic and medical services.
- Market and register the laboratory with all major HMOs and NHIS schemes.
- Manage and maintain relationships with existing HMOs, corporate organizations, and hospitals.
- Follow up on all sales leads, inquiries, and quotations to ensure conversion.
- Represent the lab during business meetings, marketing events, and HMO accreditation visits.
- Track HMO transactions, claims, and payments to ensure timely processing.
- Maintain an up-to-date database of all clients, HMOs, and partnership details.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Provide regular reports on marketing activities, sales performance, and partnership progress.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales, marketing, or business development, preferably in the healthcare, diagnostics, or pharmaceutical sector.
- Experience dealing with HMOs, NHIS, or hospital accounts is a strong advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Strong understanding of laboratory or medical services sales.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and basic report writing.
- Must be self-motivated, persuasive, and able to work with minimal supervision.
