We are an innovative IoT company focused on smart home technology, automation, smart living, and connected devices. We are looking for a creative, confident, and results-driven Sales, Marketing & Smart Living Content Executive to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for sales, marketing, social media management, customer education, product content creation, and CRM management. This role is suitable for someone who understands how to promote technology products, create engaging content, generate leads, and explain smart living solutions in a simple and professional way.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Marketing
- Generate and follow up with leads for smart home and IoT products.
- Promote the company’s products and services to homeowners, businesses, partners, installers, and property-related customers.
- Support sales campaigns, product promotions, customer onboarding, and business development activities.
- Manage customer inquiries from social media, WhatsApp, email, calls, and website channels.
- Use CRM tools to track leads, manage follow-ups, update customer records, and monitor sales progress.
Social Media & Smart Living Training
- Manage social media pages across platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and WhatsApp.
- Create educational posts about smart living, smart homes, IoT devices, automation, and product benefits.
- Train and educate customers, partners, and team members on how smart home products work.
- Explain technical products in a simple, clear, and customer-friendly way.
- Assist in preparing training materials, FAQs, product guides, and demo scripts.
Short Content Creation
- Create short videos, reels, captions, graphics, and product explainers.
- Demonstrate how smart home products work and how customers can use them.
- Create simple product-use content for marketing, awareness, and customer education.
- Work with the technical team to understand product features and turn them into engaging content.
Requirements
- Must have experience or strong knowledge in sales, marketing, content creation, and CRM.
- Good understanding of social media marketing and audience engagement.
- Ability to create short videos, captions, product posts, and basic marketing content.
- Experience using tools such as Canva, CapCut, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn, WhatsApp Business, Google Workspace, HubSpot, Odoo CRM, Zoho CRM, or similar platforms.
- Strong communication and customer relationship skills.
- Ability to follow up with leads and convert interest into sales opportunities.
- Basic knowledge of IoT, smart home technology, electronics, automation, or willingness to learn quickly.
- Must be creative, organized, proactive, and result-oriented.
Preferred Skills
- Experience selling technology products, smart home devices, electronics, CCTV, solar/inverter systems, real estate solutions, or security products.
- Basic video editing and graphic design skills.
- Experience with lead generation, cold calling, email marketing, or customer onboarding.
- Ability to speak confidently in videos or product demonstrations.
- Knowledge of smart devices such as sensors, smart switches, smart sockets, cameras, gateways, and voice assistants is an advantage.
