Job summary

The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic sales initiatives, marketing, client acquisition, and relationship management within the facility management sector. The role involves developing and executing sales strategies to drive growth and increase the company's revenue.

Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within commercial, residential, and industrial sectors.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue and growth targets.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations, proposals, and bids tailored to client needs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, prospects, and industry stakeholders.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends, pricing strategies, and business prospects.
  • Collaborate with operations and technical teams to design customised service solutions for clients.
  • Manage the end-to-end business development process, from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, pipeline development, and forecast accuracy.
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and digital marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility.
  • Attend networking events, exhibitions, and industry conferences to promote brand recognition.
  • Provide input into pricing models, service packaging, and market positioning strategies.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through consistent post-sales support and relationship management.
  • Manage and oversee the sales and marketing team 

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA is an added advantage).
  • 3-5 years of proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably within the facility management, real estate, or service outsourcing industry.
  • Strong understanding of facility management operations and client requirements across commercial, residential, and industrial environments.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and managing B2B client relationships.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office Suite, and digital marketing platforms.
  • Strong business acumen, analytical thinking, and strategic planning abilities.
