- Attend networking events, exhibitions, and industry conferences to promote brand recognition.
- Provide input into pricing models, service packaging, and market positioning strategies.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through consistent post-sales support and relationship management.
- Manage and oversee the sales and marketing team
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA is an added advantage).
- 3-5 years of proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably within the facility management, real estate, or service outsourcing industry.
- Strong understanding of facility management operations and client requirements across commercial, residential, and industrial environments.
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and managing B2B client relationships.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office Suite, and digital marketing platforms.
- Strong business acumen, analytical thinking, and strategic planning abilities.
