Job summary

We are hiring two profiles for the position to develop and execute a strategic roadmap for business development and partnerships that positions TriageHome as the leading platform for in-home clinical services across Lagos and emerging markets.

Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:


Sales Pipeline & Target Setting

  • Identify, pitch, and close partnership deals with:
  • Hospitals and clinics (referral pipelines)
  • HMOs and insurance companies (B2B contracts or subscription offers)
  • Employers/banks (corporate wellness programs)
  • Pharmacies and medical supply stores (distribution and fulfillment)
  • Build a CRM pipeline of at least 50 partnership leads by February 2026.
  • Create recruitment and marketing collaterals with the help of multimedia/graphics manager

Clinical Providers (Nurse, Health Assistants etc) Onboarding Drive:

  • Collaborate with the verification team to source, train and onboard a minimum of 50 nurses by February 2026.
  • Build a network through nursing associations, schools, retired/contract nurses, etc.
  • Incentivise referrals and design marketing scripts for WhatsApp, Instagram, and community outreach.


Brand Visibility, Marketing Activations & Institutional Trust:

  •  Act as the ambassador/representative for TriageHome at health expos, startup events, and CSR forums.
  • Secure 15-20 institutional MoUs or pilot agreements with hospitals and HMOs by May 2026.
  • Enhance pitch decks for investors, hospitals, HMOs, banks, and public health institutions and implement the pre-launch marketing campaign.
  • Coordinate launch for PR and media coverage

 Pricing & Service Design Feedback

  • Collect real-world pricing expectations from target partners (e.g., hospitals, insurance, corporate HR).
  • Help validate service packages (B2B, elderly care plans, mobile checkups).
  • Feed insights into pre-launch planning for app UI, payment systems, and design.


Requirements:

  • A minimum of a degree in a related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience
  • Customer service, digital marketing, communication, public Speaking and writing skills.
