Job Description/Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies tailored to facility management services and client segments.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, cold calling, networking, referrals, and digital channels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations, proposals, and quotations to potential clients.
- Conduct market analysis to identify emerging trends, competitor activities, and customer needs within the facility management industry.
- Collaborate with internal teams (operations, technical, and customer service) to align marketing initiatives with service delivery and company objectives.
- Maintain accurate sales records, track performance metrics, and generate periodic reports on sales activities and outcomes.
- Coordinate and participate in marketing campaigns, trade exhibitions, and promotional events to increase brand visibility and lead generation.
- Provide after-sales support to ensure a smooth client onboarding experience and continuous service satisfaction.
- Continuously review and refine sales strategies to improve conversion rates and achieve organizational growth targets.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2- 3 years of relevant experience in sales and marketing, preferably within the facility management, real estate, or service industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Tech-savvy and familiar with digital marketing trends and client relationship management tools.
