Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Creating awareness of the products and services offered by the company.
- Collaborating with marketing, advertising, product design, and product development team members to plan and execute on-field promotional marketing campaigns.
- Support the business development officer in concluding business deals with customers.
- Plan advertising and promotional campaigns for products or services on a variety of media (social, print, etc.).
- Contribute to the implementation of marketing strategies.
- Organize and attend marketing activities or events to raise brand awareness.
- Liaise with stakeholders and vendors to promote the success of activities and enhance the company’s presence.
- Prepare content for the publication of marketing materials and oversee distribution.
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities for promotion and growth
- Collaborate with managers in preparing budgets and monitoring expenses.
- Participating in exhibitions and conferences organized by the company.
- Handling complaints of the clients.
- Taking feedback from the clients.
- Conducting market research on rival products.
Requirements:
- B. Sc/BA or HND in marketing, business administration, or relevant field.
- Proven experience as a marketing officer or similar role for at least 3 years.
- Solid knowledge of modern marketing techniques and principles.
- Good understanding of market research techniques, statistical and data analysis methods
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
- Thorough understanding of social media and web analytics.
- Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Creativity and commercial awareness.
- A team player with a customer-oriented approach.
- High-level communication and networking skills.
- Understanding of commercial trends and marketing strategies.
- Ability to work well under pressure.
- The ability to speak multiple languages is an added advantage.
