Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing sales strategies to meet or exceed sales goals
- Leading and motivating a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets
- Recruiting, training, and coaching sales representatives to improve performance
- Analyzing sales data and developing action plans to improve sales performance
- Collaborating with marketing and product development teams to develop sales materials and promotions
- Building and maintaining relationships with key customers and stakeholders
- Reporting sales performance, market trends, and competitive activity to upper management
- Managing budgets and expenses to ensure profitability
Requirements:
- Minimum academic qualification of Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field
- Proven experience as a sales manager or similar role
- 2-4years of working experience
- Strong leadership and motivational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of sales strategies and techniques
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales performance metrics
- Ability to manage budgets and expenses
