Job summary
We are seeking a strategic, results-driven, and commercially astute individual to lead our Sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sustainable revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and providing effective leadership to the sales function.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients – individuals and corporates.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs within the catering and hospitality industry.
- Build strategic partnerships with organizations, event planners, and institutions.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities (corporate clients, events, partnerships, bulk orders).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts.
- Meet and possibly exceed monthly and annual sales targets; set outlet sales targets.
- Analyze sales data to improve performance and identify growth opportunities.
- Ensure profitability of contracts and deals.
- Work closely with the Production and Logistics teams to ensure all orders are executed according to agreed standards and with seamless service delivery.
- Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback for Sales Attendants.
Requirements:
- 3 years of experience
- Degree in a related field
