- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Set clear sales targets and KPIs for the team.
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to guide strategy.
- Identify new markets and business opportunities to increase revenue.
Team Leadership & Management
- Recruit, train, and supervise sales representatives.
- Motivate and mentor the team to achieve high performance.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching where needed.
- Organize sales meetings, trainings, and team-building activities.
Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
- Support team members in identifying and converting high-value leads.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
- Handle high-level negotiations and close strategic deals.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and long-term retention.
Sales Operations & Reporting
- Monitor sales pipelines, forecasts, and performance metrics.
- Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales reports for management.
- Oversee the use of CRM tools to ensure accurate data and efficient processes.
- Collaborate with finance and operations teams to coordinate order fulfillment and contract management.
Collaboration & Cross-Functional Support
- Work closely with marketing to align sales campaigns and promotional activities.
- Provide feedback to product and management teams based on customer insights.
- Participate in strategic planning and business development initiatives.
