Role Details
Role: Software Sales Manager
Compensation: ₦200,000/month (Gross) + performance-based commission
Work Structure: On-site (Full-Time)
Work Location: Alaba, Lagos State
Are you a results-driven sales professional with experience selling digital products or software? We are looking for a Software Sales Manager who can generate leads, convert prospects into customers, and drive revenue growth while building strong client relationships.
This role is ideal for a disciplined and proactive sales professional who thrives in a target-driven environment and is confident conducting product demonstrations, on-site marketing, and client engagement.
Responsibilities
• Generate and convert leads to drive software sales and revenue growth
• Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve monthly targets
• Conduct product demonstrations, on-site marketing, and client training
• Manage and nurture customer relationships using CRM tools
• Track sales performance, maintain accurate records, and provide regular reports
Requirements
• Minimum of 2+ years sales experience (digital product or software sales preferred)
• Strong lead generation, negotiation, and closing skills
• Experience using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools
• Leadership or team coordination experience
• Strong communication and relationship management skills
• High level of punctuality, discipline, and accountability
