Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Lekki. The Sales Manager will oversee the development and implementation of effective sales strategies while managing client relationships to drive revenue growth. Core responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, leading sales presentations, building and coaching the sales team, and overseeing market research efforts. Additional duties include preparing performance reports and coordinating with other departments to meet organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and business development skills, including client acquisition, relationship management, and revenue generation
- Leadership and team-building capabilities, with experience in training, mentoring, and managing sales teams
- Market research and strategic planning abilities to identify trends and optimize sales strategies
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to engage with clients and stakeholders effectively
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and other sales-related software
- Ability to work on-site in Lekki and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in the ICT or technology consultancy sector is an added advantage
