Job summary

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager who enjoys field work, excels at generating and nurturing leads, and has a proven track record of closing deals. The ideal candidate will be mobile, proactive, and skilled in using CRM tools like Zoho CRM to manage and optimize the sales process.

Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Prospecting:

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through field visits, networking, and cold outreach.
  • Research and target potential clients, understanding their needs and pain points.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads.


Lead Nurturing & Relationship Building:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients through regular follow-ups and field visits.
  • Understand client requirements and propose tailored solutions that align with their business goals.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to build trust and long-term partnerships.


Closing Deals:

  • Present Nimbou Cloud’s products and services to potential clients, highlighting their value and benefits.
  • Negotiate terms and close deals to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Prepare and deliver sales proposals, contracts, and presentations.


CRM Management:

  • Use Zoho CRM or similar tools to track and manage leads, sales activities, and client interactions.
  • Ensure all sales data is accurately recorded and updated in the CRM system.
  • Generate reports and insights to monitor sales performance and identify areas for improvement.


Field Work & Mobility:

  • Conduct regular field visits to meet clients, attend meetings, and explore new business opportunities.
  • Represent Nimbou Cloud at industry events, trade shows, and networking sessions.
  • Maintain a high level of mobility and flexibility to cover assigned territories effectively.


Team Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with overall business goals.
  • Share market insights and feedback to help improve products and services.


Requirements:

  • 3 years experience
  • Degree in a related field
