Job summary

The sales manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth within the Abuja territory by training and managing a team of Direct Sales Executives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B or field sales leadership, excellent people-management skills, and a deep understanding of the Abuja market.

Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, train, mentor, and manage Direct Sales Executives.
  • Define and implement sales targets across assigned territories.
  • Ensure effective territory coverage and market penetration.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report sales performance data.
  • Develop and execute strategies to achieve revenue and growth objectives.
  • Provide on-the-ground leadership to ensure successful execution of sales initiatives.
  • Identify new business opportunities and build strong client relationships.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of proven experience in B2B sales or field sales leadership.
  • Strong knowledge of the Abuja market and business landscape.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing sales teams.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
  • Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
