The sales manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth within the Abuja territory by training and managing a team of Direct Sales Executives. Responsibilities:
- Recruit, train, mentor, and manage Direct Sales Executives.
- Define and implement sales targets across assigned territories.
- Ensure effective territory coverage and market penetration.
- Monitor, analyze, and report sales performance data.
- Develop and execute strategies to achieve revenue and growth objectives.
- Provide on-the-ground leadership to ensure successful execution of sales initiatives.
- Identify new business opportunities and build strong client relationships.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3–5 years of proven experience in B2B sales or field sales leadership.
- Strong knowledge of the Abuja market and business landscape.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing sales teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
- Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
