Job summary
The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing and implementing sales strategies, and expanding our presence across retail, wholesale, and distributive trade channels. This role involves leading a team, building strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and retailers, and identifying new market opportunities

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies aimed at growing revenue across various sales channels.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key distributors, wholesalers, and retailers to drive product availability and sales.
- Lead efforts to expand the company’s presence in retail and general trade channels, identifying opportunities for growth in untapped markets.
- Lead and supervise the sales team, providing guidance, support, and motivation to achieve targets.
- Regularly monitor sales performance, prepare comprehensive sales reports, and make data-driven adjustments to strategies as necessary.
- Identify new market opportunities, evaluate trends, and suggest innovative approaches to capture and grow market share.
- Ensure that sales targets are met, motivate the team to exceed targets, and implement corrective actions as needed.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in retail, general trade, distributive trade, or consumer goods sales.
- Experience in the bakery or food industry is an advantage.
- Strong leadership, team management, and negotiation skills.
- Must have driving experience, with the ability to travel to various locations as required.
Location: Lagos (Must reside within Amuwo Odofin or nearby areas)
Remuneration: NGN 250,000 Net (for the first 6 months, salary will be reviewed)
Working Hours: Monday to Saturday (Hybrid, with the majority of time on the field)
