Job summary
The sales lead would drive Terra base's sales across Lagos by recruiting sales agents to sell Samsung smartphones to leads and customers on a pay small small repayment schedule (buy now pay later). The sales lead will be entitled to a base monthly salary, as well as commission on sales made by the agents and personal sales

Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Actively recruit, train, and manage a network of Direct Sales Agents (DSAs) across various locations in Lagos State.
- Drive the sales of smartphones (brand new Samsung models and others as specified) through the recruited DSAs to ensure market penetration, according to set weekly and monthly targets
- Personally engage in sales activities (basically, the sales lead can also sell and earn a commission)
