Sales Lead
Job summary
The Sales Lead will be responsible for driving revenue growth, leading the sales team, and ensuring revenue targets are met across Medbuddy's products. This role requires a highly commercial and execution-focused leader who can build scalable sales processes, improve conversion rates across the funnel and develop high-performing sales team.

Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase student enrollment.
- Identify and expand new market opportunities for Medbuddy’s courses.
- Set and track monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Own and deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets for the business.
Team Leadership & Sales Performance Management:
- Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed targets.
- Conduct regular sales training sessions to improve team performance.
- Monitor sales pipeline, conversion rates, and follow-up efficiency.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to improve lead conversion, enrollment rates, and revenue generation.
- Monitor and optimize the entire sales funnel, from inquiry to enrollment and payment completion.
- Track and improve key sales metrics including conversion rates, sales cycle length, average revenue per student, and customer acquisition cost.
Lead Conversion & Customer Acquisition:
- Ensure effective follow-up and conversion of leads into paying customers.
- Collaborate closely with the Marketing team to ensure sufficient lead volume and lead quality to support revenue objectives.
Customer Relationship Management & Retention:
- Maintain strong relationships with students, corporate clients, and industry partners.
- Oversee the use of CRM tools to manage leads and track customer interactions.
Sales Analytics & Reporting:
- Analyze sales performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Provide weekly and monthly sales reports to senior management.
- Adjust strategies based on market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activity.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Sales, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
- 3–4 years of experience in sales, business development, or revenue operations.
- At least 2 years of experience managing and leading sales teams.
- Experienced in EdTech, Healthcare, Training, Education, or Service-based businesses.
- Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding revenue targets.
- Strong understanding of sales funnel management and CRM systems.
- Experienced with CRM tools such as GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Salesforce, and similar platforms.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
