Role Description
As a Sales Intern at Workgital, you’ll work closely with the Sales & Business Development team to support lead generation, client engagement, product pitching, and deal closure activities. This is a hands-on role designed for growth — perfect for students and recent graduates interested in tech sales and business development within an HR Tech ecosystem.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, IT, or related field (students/fresh grads welcome)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Interest in SaaS, HR Tech, digital workplace solutions, or tech products.
- High motivation, coachability, and eagerness to learn sales processes.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office is a plus.
Compensation
Base Stipend: ₦70,000 per month (negotiable based on experience)
Commission: Uncapped performance-based commission for leads converted into closed deals.
