Responsibilities:
- Strategic Market Penetration: Drive the full-cycle sales process for high-volume, multi-location enterprise accounts across key target markets.
- Affiliate Network Leadership: Recruit, train, and oversee a network of independent Affiliate Relationship Managers (RMs) to efficiently scale and capture the single-location SMB market.
- Consultative Selling: Articulate the operational and technical value of Anra and CasperID to diverse stakeholders, building lasting relationships with restaurant owners and industry influencers.
- Frictionless Onboarding: Proactively resolve bottlenecks and ensure zero disruption during rollout, especially concerning third-party financial and operational integrations.
- Cross-Functional Feedback: Act as the critical intelligence link between the market and the Product Engineering team, gathering data on local user behaviors and operational pain points.
Requirements:
- Experience: 5+ years of B2B sales experience, with a strong preference for backgrounds in SaaS, Fintech, or FoodTech (e.g., POS systems, delivery aggregators, payment solutions).
- Industry Network: Warm, established relationships within the hospitality and F&B sectors in our target markets.
- Technical Fluency: Ability to translate complex technical concepts—such as Blockchain Identity (CasperID) and integrated chat interfaces—into clear, business-centric value.
- Operational Excellence: Strong proficiency in CRM management, sales pipeline forecasting, and taking extreme ownership of client success metrics.
- Adaptability: Capacity to navigate localized market conditions while maintaining the polish required to engage with global enterprise stakeholders and investors.
