Job Summary

Esso properties Limited is seeking the services of an ambitious and self-driven Sales Executive to join a team of target driven individuals. The Sales Executive is a crucial team member responsible for achieving the sales target of the organization. The Sales Executive reports to the Head of Sales.

  • Minimum Qualification : Degree
  • Experience Level : Mid level
  • Experience Length : 4 years

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Proactively pursue competitor intelligence and develop competitor profiles.
  • Create and implement marketing initiatives that support the firm's objectives.
  • Coordinate relationships and acquaint with current and prospective networks of clients and partners.
  • Seek new business sign-ups and proactively originate and maintain demand for new opportunities for new revenue streams.
  • Keep abreast with industry trends and provide feedback to management for strategic planning.
  • Assist management with the definition of growth and profitability objectives, and the development of plans for their achievement.
  • Collect and compare pertinent data on target markets, making recommendations where necessary.
  • Reinforce the firm's culture and values, and drive change management efforts and provide constructive and timely feedback and training to enhance team performance.
  • Provide leadership to the entire department and oversee the reallocation of roles among team members to facilitate both goal achievement and personal development.
  • Develop and implement plans to achieve the company sales targets.


Requirements:

  • Minimum academic qualification of a bachelor's degree in any discipline
  • 4 years of working experience
