Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team at Harvest Hub. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities, building strong client relationships, closing deals, and meeting or exceeding sales targets. The Sales Executive will play a key role in expanding our market presence and driving revenue growth for the company.
Key Responsibilities:
● Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company goals and targets.
● Identify potential clients, generate leads, and convert prospects into customers.
● Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
● Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and understand client needs.
● Present and demonstrate Harvest Hub’s products and services to prospective clients.
● Negotiate and close sales deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
● Maintain accurate sales records, prepare sales reports, and update CRM systems regularly.
● Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and initiatives.
● Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to increase brand visibility
● Provide feedback to management regarding customer needs, market trends, and product improvements.
Qualifications and Requirements:
● Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Agriculture, or a related field.
● Proven track record of at least 2–3 years in sales, preferably in agribusiness, FMCG, or a related sector.
● Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
● Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
● Excellent problem-solving skills and a results-oriented mindset.
● Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
● Willingness to travel within assigned territories when necessary.
Key Competencies:
● Goal-driven and self-motivated.
● Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
● Good understanding of agricultural produce markets and supply chains (an advantage).
● Ability to analyze sales data and adapt strategies accordingly.
