Sales Executive
Job summary
We urgently require the services of an experienced Sales Executive who has a minimum of 3 years’ experience in Sales of a reputable and a standard Hotel or Service Apartment.

Responsibilities:
- To develop new business relationships, identify prospects, and follow through till the rent is closed.
- Utilize systems and coordinate customer service requirements as appropriate.
- Prepare a proper marketing report on rental activities to superiors through the scheduled reporting structure.
- Design/ draft content-filled proposals to prospective clients or customers.
- Arrange/design advertising to promote the Luxury Shortlet Apartments
- To maintain effective relationships with existing clients to retain business
- Present the Apartments to potential clients through face-to-face meetings, cold calls, and emails.
- Schedule and conduct apartment visits and follow up effectively with the client
till closure
Requirement:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales of Luxury Apartments
- BSc in Estate Management or any relevant Social Science or Acts discipline.
- Good presentation and communication skills.
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft packages.
