Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Prospect and generate new business leads across diverse industries.
- Promote and sell HR consulting and professional services, aligning client needs with our solutions.
- Managing the full sales cycle by pitching, proposals, negotiations, and deal closure.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships for repeat business and referrals.
- Collaborate with internal consultants to design client-focused solutions.
- Represent the firm at networking events and industry engagements (virtual/physical).
- Use CRM tools to track leads, manage pipelines, and report sales performance.
- Track and report sales activities, pipeline status, and performance against targets.
- Responsible for driving revenue by identifying opportunities, building strong client pipelines, and closing deals.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, HR, or related field.
- Minimum of 2-4 years proven experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition (professional services/consulting preferred)
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, or similar) for pipeline management.
- Strong understanding of digital prospecting tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email automation, cold outreach)
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Target-driven, with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue goals.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote setup.
- Ability to build trust with senior-level decision-makers (HR Directors, CEOs, Founders).
