Job Summary

This role requires a self-driven professional who can convert conversations into contracts, nurture relationships, and consistently deliver results in a hybrid work schedule. You will design and validate talent assessments, partner with leadership to drive evidence-based recruitment and development decisions.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and generate new business leads across diverse industries.
  • Promote and sell HR consulting and professional services, aligning client needs with our solutions.
  • Managing the full sales cycle by pitching, proposals, negotiations, and deal closure.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships for repeat business and referrals.
  • Collaborate with internal consultants to design client-focused solutions.
  • Represent the firm at networking events and industry engagements (virtual/physical).
  • Use CRM tools to track leads, manage pipelines, and report sales performance.
  • Track and report sales activities, pipeline status, and performance against targets.
  • Responsible for driving revenue by identifying opportunities, building strong client pipelines, and closing deals.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, HR, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2-4 years proven experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition (professional services/consulting preferred)
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, or similar) for pipeline management.
  • Strong understanding of digital prospecting tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email automation, cold outreach)
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Target-driven, with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue goals.
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote setup.
  • Ability to build trust with senior-level decision-makers (HR Directors, CEOs, Founders).

Renumeration: NGN 200,000 – 250,000 (fixed & performance-based) + attractive commission
(High performers can earn ₦700k+ monthly)

Work Schedule: Hybrid
