About the Role

ICS Outsourcing is seeking a strategic and commercially driven Property Lead & Sourcing Manager on behalf of our client, an innovative digital property platform transforming real estate access and mortgage solutions through technology.

This role is responsible for leading property acquisition and sourcing efforts, expanding property inventory across key markets, and strengthening the organization’s property pipeline. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the platform consistently delivers attractive and competitive property opportunities to buyers, investors, and renters.

Key Responsibilities

1. Property Sourcing & Portfolio Development

- Identify and source high-quality residential and commercial properties for listing on the platform.

- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of property opportunities across target markets.

- Engage property developers, landlords, real estate agents, and institutional property owners to secure listings.

- Conduct due diligence and preliminary assessments to ensure alignment with company standards and market demand.

2. Developer & Partner Engagement

- Build and maintain strong relationships with reputable property developers and key stakeholders.

- Identify and drive strategic partnership opportunities.

- Negotiate sourcing agreements and onboarding terms for property portfolios.

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding of properties onto the platform.

3. Market Intelligence & Opportunity Identification

- Monitor market trends, supply-demand dynamics, and competitor activity to identify opportunities.

- Conduct market research to uncover emerging property investment opportunities.

- Provide insights and recommendations on new property segments and expansion markets.

4. Deal Structuring & Negotiation

- Lead negotiations with developers, landlords, and property owners to secure favourable terms.

- Evaluate property pricing, positioning, and potential market performance.

- Work closely with Legal, Sales, Operations, and Finance teams to finalize agreements and documentation.

5. Collaboration with Sales & Marketing

- Partner with Sales teams to align sourcing activities with market demand.

- Ensure properties are well-positioned for marketing and promotional campaigns.

- Support pricing strategies and product positioning initiatives.

6. Reporting & Performance Management

- Track sourcing performance metrics, including acquisition volumes and portfolio growth.

- Prepare periodic reports on sourcing activities and market intelligence.

- Maintain accurate records of property portfolios, developer engagements, and partnerships.

Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor’s degree in Estate Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

- Professional certification from relevant real estate bodies is an added advantage.

- 6–10 years’ experience in property sourcing, real estate acquisitions, or property development.

- Proven track record of working with property developers and securing property portfolios.
