Job Description/Requirements


Sales Generation:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify customer needs, preferences, and buying behaviors.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate product or service solutions.
  • Ensure timely follow-up on sales leads and inquiries.

Negotiation and Closing:

  • Present, promote and sell products/services to prospective clients.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet or exceed sales quotas.

Sales Planning and Reporting:

  • Develop and maintain a sales pipeline to manage sales activities and forecast sales performance.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and provide insights on sales activities, trends, and results.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices and market intelligence.

Product Knowledge:

  • Stay updated on product features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
  • Provide product demonstrations and training to clients as needed.

Market and Industry Knowledge:

  • Keep abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitors.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and generate leads.


  • 5+ years of proven experience in Sales
  • Degree in Marketing or any related field
