Job summary
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven sales and marketing executive with strong digital and offline marketing skills to drive business growth. The ideal candidate will combine digital marketing skills with traditional sales and marketing activities to generate qualified leads, convert prospects into clients, and expand market presence
Job descriptions & requirements
- Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities for software development services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate and SME clients.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct cold calling, field visits, and client meetings across Lagos and neighboring states.
- Represent the company at networking events, tech meetups, exhibitions, and trade fairs.
- Research market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, sales activities, and customer interactions using CRM tools.
- Provide weekly and monthly sales and marketing performance reports.
- Generate leads through online channels, including social media, Google Ads, SEO, and content marketing.
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, email marketing, and the IQSS website.
- Monitor and report on digital campaign performance and lead conversion rates.
- Collaborate with the relevant teams to promote company solutions effectively online.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience
- Minimum of a BSc.
