Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Executive based in Lagos, with a combination of in-office presence and remote work flexibility. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying potential clients, building and nurturing relationships, and driving revenue growth. Key tasks include generating leads, conducting product demonstrations, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to meet client needs. The Sales Executive will work to meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Experience in lead generation, client prospecting, and CRM tools
- Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Strategic thinking and analytical abilities for identifying customer needs and tailoring solutions
- Basic knowledge of digital tools, tech solutions, or the digital marketing landscape
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently or in a team
- Experience in a technology or SaaS-related sales role is a strong advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
Salary Structure
100k net plus 10% commission on all transactions
