Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to drive the growth of our healthcare technology and IT solutions business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying opportunities, building relationships with healthcare providers, and promoting innovative IT solutions tailored to the healthcare sector.
The role requires a strong understanding of healthcare environments and the ability to engage hospitals, clinics, laboratories, HMOs, pharmacies, and other healthcare institutions on technology-driven solutions that improve operational efficiency and patient care.
Key Responsibilities
▪️ Identify and develop new business opportunities within the healthcare and health-tech sector.
▪️ Promote and sell IT solutions and technology services to hospitals, clinics, laboratories, HMOs, pharmacies, and other healthcare institutions.
▪️ Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, procurement teams, administrators, and key decision-makers.
▪️ Understand client challenges and recommend suitable healthcare IT solutions.
▪️ Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and solution pitches to prospective clients.
▪️ Prepare proposals, quotations, and business presentations.
▪️ Negotiate pricing, contracts, and service agreements in line with company policies.
▪️ Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
▪️ Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
▪️ Maintain accurate sales pipeline and customer records using CRM tools.
▪️ Collaborate with technical and operations teams to ensure smooth implementation and customer satisfaction.
▪️ Attend healthcare conferences, exhibitions, and networking events to promote the company’s offerings.
▪️ Prepare periodic sales and market intelligence reports for management.
Requirements
▪️ Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, Nursing, Medicine, Healthcare Management, Life Sciences, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
▪️ 2–5 years of sales or business development experience, preferably in healthcare IT, health-tech, medical devices, diagnostics, HMOs, software solutions, or related industries.
▪️ Strong understanding of the healthcare sector and healthcare technology solutions.
▪️ Experience selling IT solutions, SaaS products, or enterprise solutions is an added advantage.
▪️ Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
▪️ Strong presentation and business development capabilities.
▪️ Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
▪️ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
▪️ Strong networking and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Skills
▪️ Knowledge of healthcare digital transformation trends.
▪️ Understanding of EMR/EHR systems, healthcare software, cloud solutions, or managed IT services is an advantage.
▪️ Ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
