Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, social media outreach, and networking.
- Client Consultation: Evaluate customer needs, offer tailored solutions, and deliver compelling product presentations or demonstrations.
- Negotiation & Closing: Address client concerns, negotiate pricing and contract terms, and successfully close deals.
- Account Management: Maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and drive repeat business.
- Reporting & Forecasting: Manage the sales pipeline, update databases using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software, and prepare frequent sales performance reports.
- Market Awareness: Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of sales experience, preferably in health services or related industries.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales reporting.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
