We’re Hiring: Sales Executive

Cirvee Academy is a tech education company equipping individuals and organizations with in-demand digital skills, alongside corporate training and service-based solutions.
We’re looking for a Sales Executive who can confidently communicate our offerings, manage prospects, and close deals across both individual (B2C) and business (B2B) opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Convert inbound leads into enrolled students (B2C)
• Drive sales across corporate training and service offerings (B2B)
• Follow up with prospects via calls, WhatsApp, and other channels
• Handle objections professionally and guide prospects to a decision
• Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets
• Collaborate with the marketing team to improve lead conversion
Qualifications:
• Strong sales and negotiation skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
• Strong follow-up discipline and attention to detail
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Customer-focused mindset with a clear understanding of client needs
• Prior experience in sales, business development, or a related role is an advantage
• Ability to work independently and within a team in a fast-paced environment
