Job Title: Sales Executive – Building Materials (Dealer Market)
Location: Ilupeju, Lagos, Nigeria
Reporting To: Business Head – HVAC & Building Materials
Job Description
The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing the dealer market for building material products in Lagos.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop dealer markets for building material products including mesh tape, waterproof tape, duct tape, acrylic sealant, and PTFE tape.
- Drive sales activities within the Lagos dealer market to meet assigned targets.
- Develop new markets and expand the customer base.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with dealers and customers.
- Collect market intelligence and information on competing products.
- Prepare and submit quotations and product specification sheets as required by customers.
- Strengthen company presence and dealer network for building materials.
- Submit daily sales activity reports.
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
- 3–5 years of experience in dealer market sales of building materials such as pipe fittings, sealants, adhesives, tapes, or related products.
- Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
- Good communication and reporting abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Good understanding of the Lagos building materials dealer market
