Job Title: Sales Executive – Building Materials (Dealer Market)

Location: Ilupeju, Lagos, Nigeria

Reporting To: Business Head – HVAC & Building Materials

 

Job Description

The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing the dealer market for building material products in Lagos.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop dealer markets for building material products including mesh tape, waterproof tape, duct tape, acrylic sealant, and PTFE tape.
  • Drive sales activities within the Lagos dealer market to meet assigned targets.
  • Develop new markets and expand the customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with dealers and customers.
  • Collect market intelligence and information on competing products.
  • Prepare and submit quotations and product specification sheets as required by customers.
  • Strengthen company presence and dealer network for building materials.
  • Submit daily sales activity reports.

 

Candidate Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
  • 3–5 years of experience in dealer market sales of building materials such as pipe fittings, sealants, adhesives, tapes, or related products.
  • Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
  • Good communication and reporting abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Good understanding of the Lagos building materials dealer market
