Responsibilities:
- Ability to convince customers to enroll in IT courses.
- Answering enquiries and giving further information concerning IT courses.
- Responding to enquiries from customers about the courses that are being offered by the institute.
- Visiting firms, organizations, schools and companies for presentations on IT courses and career growth.
- Ensuring that IT students are comfortably enrolled and settled in their selected course programmes
- Providing feedback from customers to Management.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years of working experience in the same job capacity
- Strong commitment to delivering top-notch customer service
- Ability to maintain a professional carriage/decorum
- Great Convincing ability
