Job summary
Own and drive new business acquisition by identifying, engaging, and closing corporate clients, while building a strong pipeline to consistently meet and exceed revenue targets.

Responsibilities:
Business Development & Client Acquisition:
- Identify, prospect, and engage corporate clients across target industries
- Conduct physical visits, presentations, and sales pitches to decision-makers
- Convert prospects into paying clients through structured sales conversations
Sales Pipeline Management:
- Build and actively manage a robust pipeline of qualified leads
- Track all opportunities from prospecting to closing
- Maintain accurate sales records and activity reports
Revenue Generation & Target Delivery:
- Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets
- Drive consistent deal closure and revenue growth
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts
Client Relationship Management:
- Build strong, long-term relationships with corporate clients
- Ensure client satisfaction to drive repeat business and referrals
Territory & Market Execution:
- Develop and execute a personal sales strategy for assigned territories
- Gather market intelligence and competitor insights to refine approach
Requirements:
- Minimum BSC
- 3-4 years of previous experience in a similar role
