Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Lagos Mainland for a Sales Engineer. The Sales Engineer will bridge the gap between technical expertise and customer needs by driving sales opportunities, providing technical support, and building strong customer relationships. They will assist in identifying client requirements, offering tailored product recommendations, and demonstrating how our solutions can address clients' business challenges effectively.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Sales Engineering and the ability to translate technical features into customer benefits.
- Experience in Technical Support and problem-solving technical challenges.
- Excellent Communication and Sales skills for engaging with clients and explaining technical solutions.
- Strong Customer Service skills, ensuring client satisfaction and sustained relationships.
- Ability to work collaboratively with sales and technical teams to achieve shared goals.
- Background in technology, engineering, or a related field, alongside a bachelor's degree in relevant studies, is desirable.
