Role Description

This is a hybrid remote position for a Sales Development Representative. The role involves identifying and qualifying new sales opportunities, conducting outreach to potential clients and decision-makers, and nurturing leads through the sales funnel. Responsibilities include building strong client relationships, communicating the value of Verdant DevCore’s software services and solutions, and collaborating with the sales team to meet or exceed sales targets. Additionally, the advocate is expected to monitor market trends and identify opportunities for revenue growth and business expansion.


Qualifications

  • 3–4+ years of experience in SDR/BD or customer-facing roles (Tech/B2B SaaS a plus)
  • Strong communication skills and ability to engage prospects effectively
  • Comfortable with high-volume outreach and KPI-driven environments
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales engagement (including AI) tools
  • Goal-oriented, and eager to grow in a sales career
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
  • Experience in Sales and Business Development, with a strong ability to meet and exceed targets
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • A proactive approach with the ability to work independently in a hybrid/remote environment
