Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer enquiries and assist customers with their orders.
- Follow up with existing and prospective customers to generate sales
- Actively identify and approach potential customers and businesses.
- Visit offices, organizations and businesses to introduce DMY FOODPLUG and generate new leads
- Build and maintain relationships with customers.
- Follow up on leads, enquiries and quotations and convert them into sales.
- Promote our products and identify opportunities for bulk and repeat orders.
- Maintain accurate records of customers, leads and sales activities.
- Meet agreed sales targets.
- Provide excellent customer service before and after sales.
- Submit regular sales and customer activity reports.
Requirements:
- A minimum of OND is an advantage.
- 1–3 years' experience in sales, customer service or a related role.
- Previous experience in FMCG, food, retail, hospitality or similar businesses is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident, persuasive and comfortable speaking with new people.
- Comfortable with field sales and visiting potential customers.
- Strong follow-up and sales conversion skills
- Proactive and target-driven.
- Good knowledge of WhatsApp Business and basic digital tools.
- Must be based in Abuja and able to commute to Lugbe.
