We are hiring a highly proactive and execution-focused Sales Coordinator to drive daily operational growth activities and ensure seamless coordination across sales, front desk, and field operations. This is not a passive administrative role.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the complete customer acquisition and activation lifecycle, from lead generation and customer sign-up to installation and active service connection.
  • Drive daily execution to ensure operational and revenue targets are consistently achieved.
  • Coordinate activities across sales, front desk, customer support, and field operations to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Monitor daily operational performance and proactively resolve issues affecting customer acquisition or service delivery.
  • Identify and eliminate operational bottlenecks impacting conversions, installations, activations, or customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain clear, real-time communication between internal teams to ensure alignment and efficient execution.
  • Resolve operational challenges relating to logistics, installation scheduling, customer access, materials availability, permits, and field activities.
  • Assign responsibilities, follow up on execution, and ensure timely resolution of outstanding issues.
  • Escalate critical operational concerns promptly when necessary.
  • Continuously improve the customer journey by identifying and addressing weak conversion points such as slow response times, pricing objections, trust barriers, installation delays, or process inefficiencies.
  • Reduce turnaround time between customer sign-up and successful activation.
  • Support market expansion by coordinating demand-generation and pre-sales activities before deployment into new locations.
  • Maintain accurate daily operational dashboards and performance reports.
  • Track key performance metrics including: Leads generated, Customer sign-ups, Installations completed, Active service connections, and Conversion rates
  • Analyse operational data and recommend process improvements that enhance efficiency, customer experience, and business growth.
  • Provide regular operational updates, performance insights, and actionable recommendations to management.


Requirements:

  • Minimum of an HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or any related discipline.
  • Previous experience in Sales Coordination, Business Development, Customer Success, Operations, Field Operations, or a similar coordination role.
  • Strong project coordination and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results under pressure.
  • Experience tracking performance metrics and preparing operational reports.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Google Workspace, and reporting tools.
  • Comfortable working across office operations and coordinating field execution.
  • Self-driven, proactive, highly accountable, and execution-focused.
  • Ability to influence outcomes and coordinate multiple stakeholders without direct authority.
  • Must reside in Ikorodu, Lagos, or be willing to relocate before resumption.

Remuneration: NGN 150,000 monthly

Work Arrangement: This role is initially on-site to support onboarding, training, and operational integration. After an initial period of employment, this role will transition to a hybrid work arrangement, allowing a combination of on-site and remote work under the company's hybrid work policy.
