Sales Attendant
Job summary
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Sales/Store Assistant to support daily store operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for attending to walk-in customers, processing orders, and ensuring accurate sales records, while also coordinating dispatch for out-of-Lagos deliveries.
Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Attend to walk-in customers and provide excellent customer service
- Receive and process in-store and remote customer orders.
- Accurately enter and record sales transactions in the company’s software system.
- Prepare and package customer orders for delivery.
- Coordinate and drop off out-of-Lagos orders at designated logistics partners (e.g., GIG, ABC, GUO).
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the store environment.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve basic complaints professionally.
- Support inventory tracking and stock updates when required.
Requirements:
- Minimum of an HND qualification.
- Must have completed NYSC.
- Proven experience in retail or sales is an advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic numeracy and computer skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Neat appearance and positive attitude.
- Must be reliable and punctual
Location: Ajao Estate.
Remuneration: NGN100,000
