Job Title: Sales Associate(HMO – Health Insurance)

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Representative with a strong background in Health Maintenance Organization (HMO) sales. The ideal candidate must have an existing client base and the ability to generate immediate business, with a target of bringing in a minimum of ₦20 million in revenue at the early stage of engagement.
Key Responsibilities
•
Leverage existing client relationships to generate new HMO business opportunities
•
Bring in a minimum of ₦20 million in business within the agreed timeframe
•
Identify, approach, and onboard new corporate and individual clients
•
Present and sell HMO plans tailored to client needs
•
Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to ensure retention and upselling
•
Meet and exceed assigned sales targets
•
Provide regular sales reports and market feedback to management
•
Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and regulatory changes.
Requirements
•
Proven experience in HMO/health insurance sales
•
Must have an existing and active client base
•
Demonstrated ability to close high-value deals
•
Strong negotiation and communication skills
•
Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented
•
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
•
Relevant degree or equivalent experience in sales/marketing/business
