The Sales Associate (Corp Member) will support the Sales & Marketing team in promoting the hotel’s services, generating leads, maintaining client relationships, and helping to achieve revenue targets. The role is ideal for a motivated corps member looking to gain hands-on experience in hospitality sales, client engagement, and business development

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities;
Sales & Client Engagement
- Support the sales team in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Assist in managing existing client accounts and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Attend sales meetings, client visits, and marketing events as required.
- Follow up on sales inquiries via phone calls, emails, and visits.
Marketing & Promotion
- Support the execution of sales campaigns and promotional activities.
- Assist in preparing marketing materials, proposals, and presentations.
- Help manage social media engagements related to sales and brand visibility.
Operational Support
- Maintain an updated database of clients and sales activities.
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports.
- Assist in coordinating site inspections and client tours of the property.
- Support the team with general administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- Must be a current NYSC Corps Member.
- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related field (or any discipline with interest in sales).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent customer service
- Good organizational and reporting skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
